Scope of Applicability
This policy strictly applies to all employees, contractors, subcontractors, and personnel involved in inspection activities on behalf of HIC. It covers the entire operational lifecycle—from initial client contact to the final report delivery, including affirmative actions on Complaints & Appeals.

Objective Evidence
All inspection activities shall be based on objective evidence obtained through fair and technical assessment.
Independence of Judgment
HIC shall not engage in any activities that may conflict with its independence of judgment. This includes the design, manufacture, supply, installation, purchase, or maintenance of the items inspected.
Freedom from Pressure
Management ensures that personnel are not subjected to commercial, financial, or other pressures that might influence their technical judgment.
Undue Influence
We are free from any undue influence, whether financial, commercial, or otherwise, that could compromise our impartiality.
Strict Confidentiality
All information provided by the client is treated as strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without written consent, except where required by law.
Legal Disclosure Notice
If HIC is required by law or authorized by contractual commitments to release confidential information, the client shall be notified of the information provided, unless prohibited by law.
Restricted Data Access
Access to client data is restricted to HIC personnel who strictly require the information to perform their duties.
Regular Review
The effectiveness of this policy will be monitored and reviewed regularly by the Quality Manager. Feedback from clients and employees will be considered in the review process.
